At Blooming Hearts Wellness, I create a heart-centred sanctuary where women can heal deeply, reclaim their stories, and bloom into their fullest selves.
Blooming Hearts Wellness empowers women to heal from adversity, rediscover their strength, and rise into their authentic truth. Through 1:1 counselling, workshops, and holistic healing practices, I provide trauma-informed care that integrates clinical wisdom with soulful connection — creating a safe space for growth, resilience, and transformation.
I envision a world where women no longer carry their pain in silence but walk with courage, wholeness, and self-trust. A world where stories once rooted in shame become seeds of strength, and every woman feels safe to grow, heal, and step unapologetically into who she is meant to be.

I know what it feels like to be misdiagnosed, emotionally dysregulated, and unseen. To walk through the grief of an autism diagnosis, the loneliness of betrayal, and the weight of showing up for everyone but yourself. As a mother of two children with ASD, I have also lived the unique challenges and profound growth that comes with that journey — learning how to advocate fiercely while staying rooted in vulnerability. I know what it means to question who you are in the midst of suffering, and what it takes to find your way back.
These experiences have shaped the way I hold space — not to fix, but to walk beside. I support women through life’s transitions and the deep soul-level work of rewriting their stories. Together, we explore what it means to live with purpose, to face the unknown with courage, and to bloom into the truth of who you are beneath the pain.
An essential part of this journey is learning to set and honour healthy boundaries — those invisible lines that protect your energy, nurture your spirit, and create internal safety. Boundaries are an act of self-love and empowerment. I help women discover how to hold them gently but firmly, so they can reclaim their power and live with freedom and authenticity.
I am a trauma-informed Registered Professional Counsellor, blending clinical wisdom with a deeply intuitive, compassionate approach. My practice is grounded in the belief that healing begins with connection — within yourself and with others. That wholeness comes not from perfection, but from presence. And that love is not self-sacrifice, but a returning to yourself with tenderness and truth.
Through 1:1 counselling and workshops, I offer a space where women can feel safe, seen, and supported. A space where you can feel again, hope again, and trust your own voice.

I weave in mindfulness, somatic practices, DBT, CBT, Narrative Therapy, and IFS — all in a way that meets you where you are and supports your growth, healing, and self-discovery.

The number of sessions varies for each person, because healing is a unique journey. Some people find clarity and relief in just a few sessions, while others benefit from ongoing support over time. Together, we’ll explore your goals, your pace, and what feels right for you — there’s no “one-size-fits-all” approach.
You’re ready for therapy whenever you feel a desire to be seen, understood, or supported — or when something in your life feels heavy, confusing, or overwhelming. You don’t need to have everything figured out or a “perfect” reason to start. The fact that you are here, exploring, and taking this first step is already a sign that you’re ready. Therapy is a safe space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your own pace, with support, compassion, and understanding.
Yes — everything that happens in session is 100% confidential. We’ll review the legal limits of confidentiality together during your first session, and it will also be outlined in the intake forms so you feel clear and safe.
I understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance. This gives us the chance to find another time that works for you and allows me to offer that space to someone else who may need it.
Yes, I accept insurance and am registered with most insurance providers. After each session, I’ll provide a detailed receipt and invoice that you can submit directly to your insurance company. **DIRECT BILLING COMING SOON**
I accept e-transfer to bloomingheartswellness@gmail.com. Payment is due day of your session. After each session, I’ll provide a receipt so you have everything you need for your records or to submit to insurance.
