At Blooming Hearts Wellness, I offer a heart-centred space for women seeking healing, clarity, and reconnection with themselves. This is a sanctuary for gentle exploration, deep listening, and meaningful change... where your experiences are honoured, your story is reclaimed, and you are supported as you grow into the fullness of who you are.
My mission is to support women’s mental health by helping women heal from adversity, reconnect with their inner strength, and step into their authentic truth. Through trauma-informed counselling, workshops, and integrative practices, I blend clinical wisdom with compassionate presence. Each offering is grounded in safety, respect, and connection... creating space for resilience, self-trust, and lasting change.
I envision a world where women no longer carry their pain alone or in silence. A world where women’s mental health is honoured, where stories once rooted in shame are met with understanding, and where healing feels both supported and empowering. I believe every woman deserves a space where she feels safe to grow, to heal, and to step forward with confidence into the life she is meant to live.

I am a trauma-informed Professional Counsellor with a heart-centred, integrative approach to healing. My work blends clinical wisdom with deep compassion, intuition, and presence. I believe healing begins with connection... within yourself and with others... and that wholeness is not found in perfection, but in learning how to meet yourself with honesty, care, and truth.
I support women through life’s transitions, emotional wounds, and the soul-level work of rewriting their stories. I don’t work to fix you... I walk beside you. Together, we explore what it means to live with purpose, to face the unknown with courage, and to reconnect with who you are beneath the pain.
I know what it feels like to be misdiagnosed, emotionally dysregulated, and unseen. I know the grief of an autism diagnosis, the loneliness of betrayal within marriage, and the exhaustion of showing up for everyone while quietly abandoning yourself. As a mother of two children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, I have lived the profound challenges, and the deep growth that come with advocating fiercely while staying rooted in vulnerability. I know what it means to question who you are in the midst of suffering… and what it takes to find your way back.
An essential part of healing is learning to set and honour healthy boundaries, the invisible lines that protect your energy, create internal safety, and allow your nervous system to rest. Boundaries are not walls; they are acts of self-love and empowerment. I help women learn how to hold them gently and firmly, so they can reclaim their power and live with authenticity rather than obligation.
Through 1:1 counselling, workshops, and future offerings rooted in holistic care, I create spaces where women feel safe, seen, and supported. Spaces where you can feel again, hope again, and trust your own voice.

The number of sessions varies for each person, because healing is a unique journey. Some people find clarity and relief in just a few sessions, while others benefit from ongoing support over time. Together, we’ll explore your goals, your pace, and what feels right for you — there’s no “one-size-fits-all” approach.
You’re ready for therapy whenever you feel a desire to be seen, understood, or supported — or when something in your life feels heavy, confusing, or overwhelming. You don’t need to have everything figured out or a “perfect” reason to start. The fact that you are here, exploring, and taking this first step is already a sign that you’re ready. Therapy is a safe space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your own pace, with support, compassion, and understanding.
Yes — everything that happens in session is confidential. We’ll review the legal limits of confidentiality together during your first session, and it will also be outlined in the intake forms so you feel clear and safe.
I understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance. This gives us the chance to find another time that works for you and allows me to offer that space to someone else who may need it.
Yes, I accept insurance and am covered by many insurance providers. After each session, I’ll provide a detailed receipt and invoice that is often eligible for reimbursement through extended health benefits, depending on your plan. **DIRECT BILLING COMING SOON**
I accept e-transfer to bloomingheartswellness@gmail.com as well as credit card payments via Jane Payments. Payment is due on the day of your session. After each session, I’ll provide a receipt so you have everything you need for your records or to submit to insurance.
